Queen Alexandria - Fluttery Fabulous Collection

From the "Flutterly Fabulous" Butterfly Collection! This block was designed after the Queen Alexandria Butterfly, scientific name Ornithoptera alexandrae.

This specimen finishes to 12x12", 15"x15", or 20"x20" - great for mini quilts and throw pillows, or add a border and make a baby blanket! This block assembles in 44 sections and is Foundation Paper Pieced. It is recommended for those with lots of FPP experience as there is lots of small piecing.

You will only receive a digital download that you can print at home. There are two different PDF versions available to you for download. A4 and US Letter are both included in this listing, depending on your printing size preference.

There are no Y seams in my patterns. 

There are not written directions inside the PDF for paper piecing. My PDF instructions are designed to only be a guide during assembly, not a how-to for someone who has never done foundation paper piecing before. I DO offer links with how-to videos and free practice patterns.
