This is the foundation paper pieced pattern "Reindeer”, the perfect addition to any Christmas quilt, or as a stand alone mini-quilt. This block comes together in 17 sections, and finishes to 12x12, 15x15, 20x20, or 25x25 inches (no scaling required!)
You will only receive a digital download that you can print at home. It is designed for standard US letter sized paper (8.5 x 11 inches). It should print on A4 paper, however if an issues arises, please email me and I will reformat it for A4 at no extra cost.
Included are:
-pattern for 12", 15", 20", 25" block
-the instructions and directions on the order to assemble pieces
-a 1 inch square to assure printer set to correct size
-fabric estimates for each block size
-a colored and labeled page for stress-free color design
-a blank numbered page for designing your own color scheme
-the numbered pattern with 1/4" seam allowance included on each section
-tips for printing and piecing
There are no Y seams in my patterns.
This pattern were tested and recommended to experienced paper pieces and given the difficulty rating of "difficult". It will require taping or gluing pages together for the pattern in the larger sizes, and the 12" block has very tiny pieces that can get bulky.
My PDF instructions are written to be a guide during assembly, not a how-to for someone who has never done foundation paper piecing before. I offer links with how to's, however I'd try a very a few blocks before tackling this one.
